Key Responsibilities
- Improve the availability and reliability of AI enterprise hardware and software products for customers
- Lead cluster deployments and resolve customer issues effectively

Required Qualifications
- BS or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years of system software development and hardware support experience, preferably customer-facing
- Strong knowledge of Python and scripting methodologies
- Proven understanding of datacenter and Artificial Intelligence technologies
- Intellectual curiosity and a team-oriented mindset
