Key Responsibilities
- Support the Concierge in managing a team of advocates and ensuring member issues are addressed effectively
- Provide daily coaching and guidance to the team on delivering high-quality concierge service
- Assist in coordinating team meetings and managing operational tasks to enhance service delivery
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3+ years of experience in call center, customer service, concierge, or hospitality roles
- 1 year of experience in SCAN Concierge services required
- Prior experience in coaching and providing feedback is necessary
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including second shift hours
