A company is looking for a Healthcare Customer Service Representative to provide customer support in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide efficient and friendly customer service by answering incoming phone calls and addressing concerns regarding claims and eligibility
- Assist customers with inquiries and forward requests to appropriate personnel as needed
- Document calls and ensure accurate information is captured using provided resources and tools
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D
- Two or more years of inbound telephone customer service experience
- Proficient knowledge of personal computers and applications such as Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Excel
- Experience in the healthcare industry, particularly with Medicaid knowledge, is strongly desired
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations
