Job Summary

A company is looking for a Healthcare Customer Service Representative to provide customer support in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide efficient and friendly customer service by answering incoming phone calls and addressing concerns regarding claims and eligibility
  • Assist customers with inquiries and forward requests to appropriate personnel as needed
  • Document calls and ensure accurate information is captured using provided resources and tools
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or G.E.D
  • Two or more years of inbound telephone customer service experience
  • Proficient knowledge of personal computers and applications such as Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Excel
  • Experience in the healthcare industry, particularly with Medicaid knowledge, is strongly desired
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations
