Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the initial point of contact for customer service issues
- Manage incident management, service requests, and ticket ownership
- Support service contracts to achieve business revenue and profitability objectives
Required Qualifications
- Understanding of ITSM/ITIL definitions, operations, and methodologies
- Previous exposure to Audiovisual, Microsoft Teams Rooms, Unified Communications, and Digital Signage
- CTS certification is preferred
