Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a Customer Success Management role, with 6+ years in enterprise SaaS support
- Experience building executive-level relationships within Fortune 500 companies
- Strong analytical and organizational skills to assess customer ROI
- Technical troubleshooting experience and familiarity with internet and networking technologies
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics, or related field, or equivalent experience
