A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and nurture trusted advisor relationships with cloud customers to ensure value realization and product adoption
- Conduct onboarding workshops and business reviews to maintain high customer engagement and develop loyalty
- Monitor customer health and proactively identify and mitigate issues affecting satisfaction and retention
Required Qualifications:
- 5-7 years of experience as a CSM for cloud-based solutions in data intelligence or data management
- Strong expertise in data observability, data quality, data governance, or data intelligence
- Proven track record of driving adoption and delivering measurable outcomes in data-centric environments
- Familiarity with data management practices and compliance frameworks (e.g., GDPR, CCPA)
- Understanding of modern cloud computing concepts such as IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS
