Job Summary
A company is looking for an EA-Client Services Specialist I.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain knowledge of the business line and provide basic support for Digital
- Spend at least 90% of time on cases/phones and assist assigned clients as a backup to an Account Manager
- Conduct public trainings for the business line and Digital, taking direction from Team Leads on cases
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated interest in Democratic and progressive politics, with proficiency in technology
- At least two years of experience with compliance, fundraising, or email tools for political campaigns, unions, or nonprofits
- Experience using APIs or platforms like NGP8, EveryAction, VAN, or VoteBuilder in a professional capacity
- Previous experience in customer relations or teaching/training is valued
- Ability to self-motivate and maintain a professional phone manner
