Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in customer success or account management, focusing on enterprise software or SaaS solutions
- 5+ years of experience leading customer success teams with a proven track record
- Deep understanding of the modern data stack and challenges faced by data teams
- Experience with customer success platforms such as Gainsight or Totango
- Proven ability to drive customer retention and expansion
