Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager of Customer Implementation to lead and grow their Implementation team while onboarding customers and enhancing privacy programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coach a team of Implementation Managers, focusing on their performance and career development
- Own onboarding for select customers and define/improve onboarding KPIs while building dashboards for accountability
- Streamline handoffs across departments to ensure a consistent and smooth customer experience
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years in a customer onboarding, implementation, or success role within a B2B SaaS environment
- Hands-on experience managing onboarding for technical products or privacy/compliance workflows
- Proven track record of leading or coaching team members while managing individual customer outcomes
- Experience defining onboarding KPIs and creating dashboards to monitor success metrics
- Familiarity with project management tools and customer success platforms
