Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls and emails from healthcare providers or clients regarding claims
- Document and update information accurately in cases and escalate advanced issues as needed
- Provide exceptional customer service and support team efforts for service improvement
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of customer service experience in a medical/healthcare setting
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Ability to work independently and with acute attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer application systems
- Medical billing experience in the workers' compensation industry preferred but not required
