A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as an advisor to customers, handling complex technical issues and creating knowledge base articles
- Perform product troubleshooting and collaborate with development teams to resolve incidents
- Implement readiness programs and contribute to process improvements and automation techniques
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field AND 3+ years of relevant experience, or 5+ years of experience without a degree
- 3 years' troubleshooting experience in IT support roles, ideally with Microsoft technologies
- Experience supporting SharePoint (Online and/or On-Prem) and OneDrive for Business
- Understanding of SharePoint architecture and compliance features
- Ability to meet security screening requirements and verification of citizenship
