Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as an advisor to customers, handling complex technical issues and creating knowledge base articles
  • Perform product troubleshooting and collaborate with development teams to resolve incidents
  • Implement readiness programs and contribute to process improvements and automation techniques
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field AND 3+ years of relevant experience, or 5+ years of experience without a degree
  • 3 years' troubleshooting experience in IT support roles, ideally with Microsoft technologies
  • Experience supporting SharePoint (Online and/or On-Prem) and OneDrive for Business
  • Understanding of SharePoint architecture and compliance features
  • Ability to meet security screening requirements and verification of citizenship
