Job Summary
A company is looking for an Account Specialist to join their Customer Experience team.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues
- Manage the order process, including review, entry, and verification of pricing
- Act as a liaison between customers and internal departments to address inquiries and ensure excellent service
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree or 3+ years of customer service experience
- Experience in the flooring, rubber industry, or manufacturing preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to type at least 40 words per minute
- Strong math skills required
- Experience with an ERP or CRM is preferred
