Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Care Representative - 2nd Shift.
Key Responsibilities
- Review sales contracts to ensure proper product inclusion and facilitate ordering
- Provide feedback to the sales team regarding discrepancies in measurements or pricing
- Conduct introductory calls with new customers and assist in scheduling service and repairs
Required Qualifications
- Customer service and data entry experience
- Basic computer knowledge
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience in reviewing construction or sales contracts (preferred)
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
