Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Care Representative - 2nd Shift.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review sales contracts to ensure proper product inclusion and facilitate ordering
  • Provide feedback to the sales team regarding discrepancies in measurements or pricing
  • Conduct introductory calls with new customers and assist in scheduling service and repairs
Required Qualifications
  • Customer service and data entry experience
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Experience in reviewing construction or sales contracts (preferred)
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
