Key Responsibilities
- Respond to and resolve customer service inquiries regarding benefits, eligibility, and claims
- Educate customers on consumer-driven health care topics and assist with appointment scheduling
- Research complex issues and provide timely follow-up to resolve customer problems
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate's Degree preferred
- 1 year of experience in an office or call center environment preferred
- Ability to build rapport and respond compassionately to customer needs
- Proficiency in navigating healthcare-related processes and jargon
- Flexibility to adjust work schedule as needed, including overtime and weekends
