A company is looking for a Medicaid Services Advocate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to and resolve customer service inquiries regarding benefits, eligibility, and claims
  • Educate customers on consumer-driven health care topics and assist with appointment scheduling
  • Research complex issues and provide timely follow-up to resolve customer problems
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate's Degree preferred
  • 1 year of experience in an office or call center environment preferred
  • Ability to build rapport and respond compassionately to customer needs
  • Proficiency in navigating healthcare-related processes and jargon
  • Flexibility to adjust work schedule as needed, including overtime and weekends
