Key Responsibilities

• Provide Emergency Response Services by triaging emergency and non-emergency calls
• Complete incident reports and notifications to clients within contractual timelines
• Assist in improving quality assurance processes and operational efficiency

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of call center experience
• Proficiency in MS Office and internet browsers
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
