Job Summary
A company is looking for a Junior Product Support Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Provides product and technical support to customers, addressing complex questions via telephone and/or Internet
- Acts as the primary liaison between the company and clients, conveying customer feedback to product development staff
- Resolves client questions or problems related to system configurations, product functionality, and bugs/enhancements
Required Qualifications
- Excellent general technical skills for troubleshooting software, networking, database, and web issues
- A bachelor's degree is preferred, but not required
- 1+ years' software-related support experience is preferred, but not required
- Familiarity with SQL, relational databases, Windows Operating Systems, and web applications
- Basic knowledge of legal environments is a plus
