Loss Mitigation Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Loss Mitigation Specialist responsible for analyzing financial situations of borrowers and identifying loss mitigation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive financial assessments and explain loss mitigation options to borrowers
• Manage a pipeline of complex loss mitigation cases and perform in-depth financial analysis
• Ensure compliance with regulations and document all borrower interactions accurately

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a business-related field or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in mortgage loss mitigation with a proven track record
• Experience with BKFS/ICE MSP and knowledge of various loss mitigation options
• Strong understanding of mortgage servicing regulations and investor guidelines
• Proficient in financial analysis and able to interpret financial documentation
