Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to manage the post-sale customer lifecycle and ensure product adoption and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of customers
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer questions, issues, and feedback
  • Monitor customer health metrics and proactively address concerns to reduce churn risk
Required Qualifications
  • 5-7 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or related client-facing roles, ideally in a SAAS environment
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)
  • Ability to analyze customer data and usage trends to drive engagement and retention strategies
  • A customer-first mindset with a passion for helping others succeed
  • Experience working with clients in the government sector is a plus
