Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Services Account Associate to provide support and customer service to clients and brokers.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and answer inquiries from employer group clients and brokers via email and phone
- Process updates to plan participants and benefits as requested by clients and brokers
- Assist with the annual plan renewal process and contribute to the resolution of client issues
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Teams, Excel, Outlook, and PDF programs
- Ability to maintain regular attendance and adhere to a work schedule
- Positive work attitude and adaptability
- Organizational and time management skills
- Willingness to work outside scheduled hours as needed
