Job Summary

A company is looking for an Intake Specialist to manage patient referrals and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter referrals accurately and within established timeframes while meeting productivity and quality standards
• Communicate with referral sources and patients regarding documentation and financial responsibilities
• Collaborate with local branch leadership and sales teams to ensure compliance and facilitate the referral process

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• One year of experience in healthcare administration, financial services, or insurance-related roles
• Experience in a Medicare certified HME, IV, or HH environment is preferred
• Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Ability to navigate multiple online EMR systems
