Key Responsibilities
- Support customers' inquiries and insurance policy needs by answering questions regarding coverage, rates, and billing issues
- Care for customers recently in accidents by setting up new claim reports and offering additional products
- Multitask and navigate through multiple computer systems while assisting Spanish-speaking customers
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of two years relevant work experience or two years post-secondary education
- Fluent in Spanish and English (speak and read)
- Ability to work full-time, including evenings and weekends
- Designated workspace free from noise and distractions
- High-speed internet and a wired connection to the provided computer equipment
