Job Summary

A company is looking for a Call Center - Bilingual Spanish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support customers' inquiries and insurance policy needs by answering questions regarding coverage, rates, and billing issues
  • Care for customers recently in accidents by setting up new claim reports and offering additional products
  • Multitask and navigate through multiple computer systems while assisting Spanish-speaking customers
Required Qualifications
  • A minimum of two years relevant work experience or two years post-secondary education
  • Fluent in Spanish and English (speak and read)
  • Ability to work full-time, including evenings and weekends
  • Designated workspace free from noise and distractions
  • High-speed internet and a wired connection to the provided computer equipment
