Disability Case Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Disability Case Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage an assigned caseload of moderately complex claims, including pending, ongoing, and appeal reviews
• Provide timely and accurate claims reviews and documentation while communicating effectively with claimants and other stakeholders
• Collaborate with external and internal resources to gather necessary information for claims evaluations and resolve inconsistencies

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of LTD/IDI Insurance Claims experience
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience exercising independent judgment and decision-making
• Demonstrated critical thinking and analytical skills
• Proven ability to manage complex situations effectively
