Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Enrollment Specialist who excels in customer onboarding and technical problem solving.
Key Responsibilities
- Host implementation calls and guide partners through enrollment file setup and processes
- Validate and monitor file testing, providing feedback and tracking error logs post-launch
- Coordinate project tasks, maintain implementation trackers, and communicate status updates to stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years in a customer-facing technical role (implementation, solutions, or technical support)
- Experience leading customer or partner calls and translating technical details for non-technical audiences
- Ability to debug flat file data (CSV, Excel, EDI) and identify data issues
- Familiarity with project management and handling multiple concurrent onboarding processes
- Experience with benefits enrollment feeds (EDI, SFTP, etc.) or HRIS data is preferred
