Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Representative - GSS.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide world-class service on all client interactions while applying strong knowledge of products and services
- Facilitate financial and non-financial transactions accurately while adhering to legal requirements
- Participate in new hire training and ongoing training sessions, including weekly mentoring with management
Required Qualifications
- Client Service/Customer Service experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, Monday through Friday, between 8:00 am - 8:00 pm ET
- Proficient computer skills and eagerness to learn new software systems
- Role may be hybrid or remote depending on location
