Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls regarding product and account information
- Provide subject matter expertise for financial platforms and assist in training new staff
- Identify process improvements and resolve operational issues
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in the financial industry
- Strongly prefer FINRA Series 7 license
- Knowledge of the managed account industry
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
