Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical customer support experience within the product
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer technical issues through collaboration and best practices
- Design and implement scalable support solutions through automation
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Engineering, Mathematics, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of hands-on technical experience in customer support or related roles
- 1+ year experience with Cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, GCP)
- Experience in reading or debugging code in languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript
- Proficiency with command-line tools and Linux environments
