A company is looking for a System Support Developer to join their Technical Services team.
Key Responsibilities
- Resolve Customer Support Cases for utility users of product hardware and software
- Provide phone and on-site support for Customer Utility systems as needed
- Document and implement automation opportunities within the Salesforce Case Management Process
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering
- Experience in C or Java programming languages
- Minimum of two years' experience in customer-facing technical support
- Experience supporting Sensus FlexNet Base station products
