Key Responsibilities
- Process customer orders and requests for product repair through various communication channels
- Generate order confirmations and manage customer expectations regarding delivery timelines
- Support customer issues, inquiries, and coordinate product replacements and returns
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- 3+ years of related experience in customer service or a similar role
- Prior experience with medical devices is a significant advantage
- Strong computer skills with experience in ERP systems and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
