A company is looking for a Medical Device Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process customer orders and requests for product repair through various communication channels
  • Generate order confirmations and manage customer expectations regarding delivery timelines
  • Support customer issues, inquiries, and coordinate product replacements and returns
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required
  • 3+ years of related experience in customer service or a similar role
  • Prior experience with medical devices is a significant advantage
  • Strong computer skills with experience in ERP systems and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
