Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of customer service experience
- Solid analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance application preferred
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Accounting, Finance, or MIS related field
- Demonstrated understanding of basic accounting fundamentals
