Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in technical support for a SaaS product, preferably via chat
- Experience with macOS, iOS, Windows, and Android
- High-speed, reliable Internet connection
- A collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn
- Ability to work cross-functionally with various teams
