Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound calls from existing customers regarding benefits questions and sales
- Address billing issues, policy changes, inquiries, and claims
- Achieve monthly bonuses based on performance with an average call volume of 40-50 calls per day
Required Qualifications
- Active Life and Health Insurance license
- Experience in sales and customer service
- Call center experience preferred
- Technical and computer-based skills
- Ability to work during specified training and operational hours
