A company is looking for a Call Center Representative (Work From Home).
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main contact for the field force, providing information on licensing, commissions, and operational functions
- Answer inbound calls and emails, analyze account activity, and monitor process queues to meet service level agreements
- Assist the field force with navigation of tools on the WFG website and maintain relationships to set expectations on processing times
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a business field or equivalent education/experience
- Two years of call center, customer service, or related work experience
- Technical aptitude to assist the field force with system navigation
- Proficiency using MS Office
- Experience in the financial services industry is preferred
