Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Experience Support Specialist to provide exceptional support to clients managing their 401(k) plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with clients to handle inquiries and guide them through the electronic signing of annual 5500 filings
  • Maintain client records and ensure timely communication regarding outstanding documentation
  • Meet department Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for client interactions and support initiatives
Required Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or client support roles
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience in the finance industry is a plus
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and time effectively
  • Designated workspace and high-speed internet connection for remote work
