Job Summary
A company is looking for a Supervisor, Scheduling to oversee and coordinate collection scheduling operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the scheduling team, providing guidance and optimizing team effectiveness
- Ensure high levels of customer service and enhance relationships with donor and collection centers
- Develop and maintain scheduling procedures, implementing process improvements for efficiency
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare or business administration, or equivalent experience
- Five years of progressively responsible work experience in customer service roles
- Previous high volume scheduling experience in a clinical environment or call center
- Knowledge of medical terminology and data privacy principles
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and multiple software applications
