A company is looking for an Experienced Customer Success Manager (IC) in a remote role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure customers achieve maximum value from products and services while fostering strong relationships
- Create and implement comprehensive Adoption Plans tailored to customer needs and metrics
- Proactively identify expansion opportunities and mitigate churn to drive recurring revenue growth
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in a customer success role within a SaaS environment
- Ability to align customers' business processes with product capabilities
- Expertise in customer management, negotiation, and conflict resolution
- Previous experience in airline operations and understanding of aviation concepts is preferred
- Experience applying adoption and renewal methodologies to optimize customer engagement
