A company is looking for a Senior Manager, AMER Customer Enablement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and lead a regional team of Customer Enablement Architects to support customer success through training and upskilling
- Collaborate with Go-To-Market teams to create enablement strategies tailored to customer segments
- Manage training execution and report on key metrics to guide field teams in achieving training and revenue goals
Required Qualifications
- 7 - 10 years of experience in technology education in a leadership role managing enablement specialists
- Experience in training, business development, content development, and customer support
- Technical understanding of curriculum and certifications to advise customers and support the team
- Proven experience in Customer Success or related fields
- Enthusiasm for developing and managing a regional team of enablement specialists
