Job Summary: Staff4Me is looking for a Spanish-speaking NOC Helpdesk Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and monitoring services to ensure the efficient operation of our client's network systems. You will assist users with technical issues in Spanish, troubleshooting and resolving problems promptly to ensure minimal downtime.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage network performance to ensure system reliability.
  • Provide technical support in Spanish for users experiencing issues with their IT systems.
  • Troubleshoot and rectify various hardware and software problems.
  • Document and track issues within the ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up.
  • Work closely with other technical teams to escalate complex issues.
  • Participate in routine maintenance and system checks to optimize efficiency.
  • Maintain clear communication with clients regarding issue status and resolution.
  • Contribute to the development of technical documentation and FAQs.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Spanish (both written and verbal) is required.
  • Previous experience in a helpdesk or technical support role is preferred.
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with network protocols and system administration is a plus.
  • Experience using ticketing systems and remote support tools.
  • Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, ITIL) are advantageous.
  • High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
