Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Customer Service Representative, National Remote.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a resource or Subject Matter Expert (SME) for team members
  • Handle escalated calls and resolve complex customer issues
  • Assist customers with inquiries regarding benefits, billing, and appointment scheduling
Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Familiarity with computer systems and ability to learn new software
  • Ability to work flexible shifts during business hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Completion of Customer Service training classes with demonstrated proficiency
