Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Customer Service Representative, National Remote.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a resource or Subject Matter Expert (SME) for team members
- Handle escalated calls and resolve complex customer issues
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding benefits, billing, and appointment scheduling
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Familiarity with computer systems and ability to learn new software
- Ability to work flexible shifts during business hours, including weekends and holidays
- Completion of Customer Service training classes with demonstrated proficiency
