- Develop communication with customers to monitor adoption trends and account health

Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in Customer Success, Onboarding, or account management at a SaaS company
- Experience working with developer tools or technical products
- Ability to build and maintain relationships while mitigating churn and driving renewals
- Experience using Salesforce, Outreach, and HubSpot is preferred
