Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Customer Success (Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Customer Success Managers to provide support to enterprise customers
  • Identify and scope cross-functional projects to enhance team efficiency and processes
  • Act as the escalation point for customer issues and foster strong relationships with key accounts
Required Qualifications
  • 5-7 years of experience in customer success or account management, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
  • Experience working with remote teams in the U.S. and internationally
  • Background in a product-led growth or self-serve SaaS environment
  • Proven ability to build playbooks and define success metrics
  • Familiarity with tools such as Hubspot and experience with Customer Advisory Boards
