Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Customer Success (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Customer Success Managers to provide support to enterprise customers
- Identify and scope cross-functional projects to enhance team efficiency and processes
- Act as the escalation point for customer issues and foster strong relationships with key accounts
Required Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in customer success or account management, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Experience working with remote teams in the U.S. and internationally
- Background in a product-led growth or self-serve SaaS environment
- Proven ability to build playbooks and define success metrics
- Familiarity with tools such as Hubspot and experience with Customer Advisory Boards
