Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer support via phone, email, or instant messaging, serving as the primary contact for inbound customer issues
- Process a high volume of customer inquiries and resolve a targeted percentage of those inquiries
- Track and document inbound support requests, ensuring accurate notation of customer problems or issues
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required; an Associate or Bachelor's degree is preferable
- Knowledge of the company's products, services, and business operations
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Computer navigation and operation skills
- Experience in customer service roles
