Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Onboarding Specialist who will ensure client success through effective onboarding processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead data migration from existing systems, configuring business settings and creating self-booking links
• Act as the main contact during migration, troubleshooting issues and conducting client check-ins
• Provide training for clients to effectively use the system and prepare them for independent use
