A company is looking for a Divisional Success Manager to oversee the onboarding process for new branches and hires.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage new branch onboarding and create strategies for effective integration
- Act as a liaison between departments to resolve onboarding issues and ensure completion of milestones
- Provide ongoing support and documentation related to new hires and branches
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of associate's degree in business management
- At least 7 years of leadership experience in management or supervisory roles
- 5 or more years of onboarding or customer support experience in the Mortgage/Financial industry
- Experience with project management software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work in a fast-paced environment
