Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • 3 - 5 years of supervisory experience in customer service, call center management, or healthcare
  • 4 - 6 years of experience in customer service
  • Bachelor's degree with applicable experience is strongly preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including one night a week and occasional weekends
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel is desirable
