A company is looking for an Advanced Care Specialist to guide patients through their services using a patient-centered approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Send letters to patients when contact cannot be made and follow up on emails/phone calls
- Communicate with internal and external customers, making recommendations for equipment to improve care
- Document accounts, verify delivery information, and assist in achieving departmental goals
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- One year of work-related experience in healthcare administration, customer service, or related fields
- For senior level, two years of work-related experience and one year of exact job experience are required
- Experience in a Medicare certified HME, Diabetic, Pharmacy, or home medical supplies environment is preferred
