Job Summary
A company is looking for a Case Management Referral Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage referral email inboxes and process referrals in the ALARISware System
- Attend ongoing training and handle case re-openings and changes
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Referral Coordinator Supervisor or Referral Operations Manager
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of relevant computer applications, including Microsoft products
- Basic business and customer service experience preferred
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Ability to maintain a home-office environment with high-speed internet connection
