Job Summary

A company is looking for a Case Management Referral Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage referral email inboxes and process referrals in the ALARISware System
  • Attend ongoing training and handle case re-openings and changes
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Referral Coordinator Supervisor or Referral Operations Manager
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Knowledge of relevant computer applications, including Microsoft products
  • Basic business and customer service experience preferred
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Ability to maintain a home-office environment with high-speed internet connection
