Insurance Licensed Benefit Educator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Benefit Education Lead for the Southeast Region.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide segment-agnostic support for customer events and benefit educators in a designated geographic area
• Oversee end-to-end coordination of customer events, including material development and ordering
• Engage in customer engagement reporting and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health education, health administration, marketing, business, or a related field preferred
• Ability to obtain an insurance license if requested by management
• Proficient in Microsoft Programs (PowerPoint, Word) and CRM systems (Salesforce.com)
• Flexibility to adapt to changing workflows in a fast-paced environment
• Bilingual or multi-lingual is a plus
