Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer to provide tier I technical and application support for CBORD solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take ownership of customer-reported issues and ensure timely resolution
  • Research, diagnose, and troubleshoot system issues while maintaining customer communication
  • Document issues and resolutions, contributing to a knowledge base for future reference
Required Qualifications
  • Fundamental knowledge of Windows, PCs, SQL, networking tools, and various operating systems
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical support environment
  • Degree beneficial but not required
  • Strong grasp of customer service principles
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks strategically
