A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer to provide tier I technical and application support for CBORD solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of customer-reported issues and ensure timely resolution
- Research, diagnose, and troubleshoot system issues while maintaining customer communication
- Document issues and resolutions, contributing to a knowledge base for future reference
Required Qualifications
- Fundamental knowledge of Windows, PCs, SQL, networking tools, and various operating systems
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical support environment
- Degree beneficial but not required
- Strong grasp of customer service principles
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks strategically
