A company is looking for a Benefit Education Lead to support customer engagement activities and event coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide segment-agnostic customer event support and oversee end-to-end coordination of customer events
- Support benefit educators in hiring, onboarding, and coaching while resolving inquiries and collaborating with business partners
- Engage in customer engagement reporting and project work to promote efficiency in customer engagement processes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in health education, health administration, marketing, business, or a related field preferred
- Ability to obtain an insurance license if requested by management
- Proficient in Microsoft Programs (PowerPoint, Word) and CRM systems (Salesforce.com)
- Flexibility to adapt to changing workflows in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual or multi-lingual skills are a plus
