Job Summary

A company is looking for a Residential Support Representative 1.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide customer support for troubleshooting technical issues primarily through phone communication
  • Assist customers with product inquiries, installation, app setup, and registration
  • Communicate customer feedback and issues to internal stakeholders for resolution


Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of customer service experience preferred
  • High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred
  • Ability to type 55 words per minute
  • 1+ years' experience handling high-volume inquiries
  • Familiarity with PC-based software applications and smart device applications preferred
