A company is looking for a Residential Support Representative 1.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer support for troubleshooting technical issues primarily through phone communication
- Assist customers with product inquiries, installation, app setup, and registration
- Communicate customer feedback and issues to internal stakeholders for resolution
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of customer service experience preferred
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred
- Ability to type 55 words per minute
- 1+ years' experience handling high-volume inquiries
- Familiarity with PC-based software applications and smart device applications preferred
